  • Our 5-Minute Exit Planning Assessment — your responses to the assessment questions, along with your name, company name, and email address, so we can send you your results.

Cookies & Website Analytics

We use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are most visited, how long visitors stay, and what device or browser they’re using. This information does not identify you by name.

We also use Google Search Console to monitor how our website performs in Google Search results, such as which search terms bring visitors to our site. Search Console does not collect any personal information about individual visitors.

  • Generate and email you the results of the Exit Planning Assessment
  • Send you our email newsletter, if you’ve signed up to receive it

Third-Party Service Providers

We use Constant Contact to manage our email newsletter list. If you sign up to receive our newsletter, your name and email address are stored with Constant Contact so we can send you communications. Constant Contact’s use of your information is governed by their own privacy policy, available at constantcontact.com/legal/privacy-statement.

Our website is hosted and our forms (Contact Us and the Exit Planning Assessment) are processed through our website platform. This information is not sold or shared with any other third party.

We also use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and visitor behavior. See “Cookies & Website Analytics” above for details.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you’ve requested, or as required by applicable law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your Choices” below).

Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
